FUNCTIONAL GROUP CLASSES

One of our expert coaches will guide you through a warm up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your coach will supervise and correct any movements performed during the class. All classes can be scaled to any level of fitness.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Work with your own personal trainer in a small group setting. This is a great option for those who want a more private setting and a more hands on approach to training. This program will be tailored to you and you goals. Semi-private brings all the perks of Personal Training at a more affordable price. Your trainer will be there to guide you every step of the way.

NUTRITION COACHING

Stop dieting and restricting yourself and start creating and implementing healthy habits. Our nutrition approach aims to create real long term change through education. Work with our qualified nutritionist to overcome fad dieting and bad eating habits.
